EXPENSES & SUPPLIES
For Full Time Students, K-12
Full time Burnaby Online students may receive an allocation of up to $600 per year. Allocations are calculated based on number of courses (there is a minimum which differs for each grade) and start date. The allocation is divided up into two: half between October 1 and the remainder from Feb 15 to May 30 (we cannot register for any programs that run into the summer. The expenses must be related to the grade curriculum that your child is currently enrolled in, and your child’s teacher(s) must approve the activity/expenditure. Payment must go directly to the third party; due to Ministry of Education guidelines, we cannot reimburse parents for expenses of any kind.
Please note that although students may work through the summer on their course work, we cannot arrange for summer programs. All lessons/programs must take place during the school year (September through June). Ideas are Home Learner’s Camps, sports lessons/activities, art classes etc. To find out if your child is eligible for an allocation, please email email@example.com.

- Email firstname.lastname@example.org with details on the activity or program you would like to register your child for. If it is with the City of Burnaby, or any other municipal program, please also include your family account log in information and password as I have to register directly with the municipality. Please allow one week for processing.
