These courses are intended for students who plan to complete a course by July 31st, 2026. Students looking for greater flexibility may prefer our regular courses, which are offered year-round and allow for a longer, self-paced completion timeline.
When registering ensure you choose the course name ending with August or Aug Completion. All other courses are our regular semester/10-month courses and are not available as August Completion courses.

*** Computer Studies 10 – Please Note: There is an in-person component for this course. Students will be required to attend the following supervised assessments at Burnaby North Secondary School: Thursday July 16th (noon to 3pm) and Thursday, July 30th (noon to 3pm).

Important Information:
- Once registered, students will receive a confirmation email from us, confirming their registration
- Courses will run from June 29th to July 31st, 2026
- Access to courses will be available during the week of June 22nd. CLE 10 students may have access to their course as early as mid-May. Teachers will communicate to students via email and messaging within the course.
- For August Completion courses, students are completing a four-credit course in five weeks (last day is July 31st). In order to complete the course successfully, students should expect to work on their course for approximately four hours per day. If this does not fit with your schedule, please register for the ten-month course. For the ten-month course, students can work at their own pace.
- Any student looking to take an August Completion course, including those already taking a course with Burnaby Online, will need to register on our website on or after April 1st. Register before June 15th to save your spot. We encourage those wanting a course to apply early. When registering for an August Completion course, ensure that the course you select has August or Aug Completion in its name. These courses are intended for students who plan to complete the course this summer.
